Kloos Robot Welding

MAG Welding Services in Oxfordshire, UK

Metal Active Gas (MAG), a welding process in which an electric arc forms between both the consumable wire electrode and the work piece. Both wire and shielding gas are fed through the welding gun. The shielding gas protects the process from contamination. MAG welding is a versatile and efficient welding process that is used in a wide range of industries, including automotive, construction, and manufacturing.

LTi Metaltech has two fully automated 13 axis robot systems that can utilise MAG Welding at very high speeds. Each robot has coaxial cells which can be configured for different products or tandem loading. The machines are programmed, loaded, and operated by LTi’s coded technicians.

Our MAG welding services offer increased productivity, improved quality, and reduced costs for production of medium and high-volume stainless-steel components for a wide variety of industries. While we’re based in Oxfordshire, we precision weld components for businesses all over the UK.

Using 13 axis robot systems our MAG welding service offers a high degree of flexibility and the precision welding of complex parts at all angles in stainless steel fabrications. Our automated machines ensure accurate, fast, and high-quality welds.
