Founded in 1969 by Klaus Isaak in Germany, the Group has grown into a global leader with seven locations across Europe, employing over 600 people and generating an annual turnover of around €130 million.
The group has seen a great amount of change over five decades. Our company’s founder moved to new headquarters, new services have been developed to adapt to market needs, employees have grown and additional sites and sister companies established.

LTi-Lüftungstechnik is renamed to
LTI-Metalltechnik GmbH.

2005
LTi Metaltech Ltd founded in the UK, bringing the same focus on innovation and quality standards in our work, while giving the LTi Group a route into the UK through our Oxfordshire facilities.

2011
LTi Metalltechnik celebrates its 40th birthday with customers, suppliers, other members of the LTi Group, and its staff.

LTi Metaltech acquires Vessco Engineering Ltd

LTi Metaltech acquires LTi Vessco Ltd in Wales, strengthening the Group’s capabilities in bespoke, low-volume fabrication for specialist projects.
