We have been part of the LTi Metalltechnik Group, a world-leading family of European high-tech engineering companies, since 2005. As a result of our precision and innovative ways of thinking, we have earned the trust of many world leading organisations in a variety of technical sectors over the years.
Formerly part of Siemens MR Magnet Technology, we work according to the highest level of quality and the most stringent specifications. And with our focus on innovation, we’re always striving for precise results on every project we work on.
In 2021 we acquired LTi Vessco Ltd based in Bridgend, Wales in order to accelerate our expansion programme, diversify our portfolio and underpin our existing capabilities within medical technology.
OUR BUSINESS
We employ around 100 people, including one of the largest groups of coded welders in the South East of England, working to AD Merkblatt 2000 and PD 5500 pressure containment standards. We continuously strive to push the boundaries investing in the latest technologies, techniques and processes to help exceed our customers’ expectations.
We aim to deliver high quality standards at competitive costs for advanced applications, whilst adhering to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. We’ve achieved this by combining the latest automated manufacturing technologies with highly trained personnel, along with the support of a global supply chain which adheres to NDA compliance.
We have been a Tier 1 supplier to Siemens Healthcare for well over a decade, manufacturing in excess of 15,000 cryogenic pressure vessel sets for use in their Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners, exported for installation in hospitals and medical facilities around the globe.

Our Technology
We use the latest cutting and welding technology to achieve the highest quality and accuracy in all our materials. We also utilise onsite radiography to non-destructively test for weld integrity. We maintain the quality in Design for Manufacture by using SolidWorks 3D CAD and ensure performance on final designs using Finite Element Analysis.
