Modern Slavery Policy
At LTi Metaltech, we are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and human rights. In compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, our Modern Slavery Policy, accessible via the link below, describes how we enforce a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery across our practices and supply chains.
We regularly review our policy to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving legislation (Modern Slavery Act 2015) and industry best practices. Through proactive risk assessment, supplier due diligence, and employee awareness efforts, we endeavour to uphold transparency and integrity at every level of our business.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy
At LTi Metaltech, we recognise our responsibility to employees, suppliers, customers, investors, and the wider community. Our CSR Policy sets out how we achieve sustainable growth while upholding high ethical, environmental, and social standards.
Through training, development, and a safe, inclusive workplace, we support our people and build long-term partnerships with suppliers who share our values. We also invest in our community through charitable initiatives and education, while working to reduce waste, lower emissions, and adopt sustainable practices across our operations.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
LTi Metaltech maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010. Our policy prohibits offering, giving, or accepting any form of bribe, including cash, gifts, or favours, whether in the UK or overseas.
We require employees, suppliers, and business partners to act with integrity, fairness, and transparency in all dealings. Clear guidance is provided on gifts, hospitality, charitable donations, and reporting concerns. Any breaches are investigated thoroughly and may result in disciplinary action or referral to authorities.
Child Labour Remediation Policy
LTi Metaltech is firmly opposed to child labour and requires all suppliers and partners to uphold the same standards. Our policy is based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and ILO conventions, ensuring no products we use are produced through child labour.
If cases are identified, we work with suppliers and qualified organisations to implement corrective actions that safeguard children’s wellbeing, education, and long-term development. We also protect young legal workers by enforcing safe conditions, fair wages, and restricted working hours.
