Precision Cutting Without Compromise
Waterjet cutting uses a high-pressure stream of water, often combined with abrasive particles, to cut through metal and composite materials without generating heat. This process eliminates heat-affected zones (HAZ), material distortion, and metallurgical changes - making it ideal for stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, and other specialist alloys used in high-integrity fabrication.
Our twinhead configuration allows for simultaneous cutting of two identical profiles, improving productivity while maintaining the same uncompromising standards of precision and finish.
We can work with sheet materials up to 150mm thick, within a cutting and etching area of 8 metres by 4 metres, giving us the capability to handle large-format components and thick-section materials without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
